Coaching Checklists
A Coaching Checklist is provided for modules 2 through 7 to guide coaches and trainers in providing feedback on homework tasks completed by participants in the training series. Scores and notes on the Coaching Checklist are usually paired with specific notes on the homework documents turned in by the participant.

Coaches should also be be supporting schools to implement systems for supporting implementation of Basic FBA to BIP. The assessments below provide a focus to school teams for continuing action planning and development.
